Definitions and Interpretation

The meanings of the following words and phrases used in these terms and conditions are set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the 7u7a website, mobile application and all related services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who has registered on or is using the 7u7a platform.
• "We", "Our" or "7u7a" refers to the organization that operates this platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's registered profile on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins or special offer provided by 7u7a.
• "Wager" refers to a bet placed to participate in a game.
• "Valid Currency" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳), which is the only accepted currency on this platform.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to register on and use the 7u7a platform. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. We may request identity documents or supporting paperwork at any time to verify your age.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be terminated and accumulated funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

7u7a primarily provides services for users in Bangladesh. Users from certain countries or regions will not be permitted to use this platform.

Account Security and Responsibility

Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your own responsibility. The following rules apply strictly in this regard:

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential and do not share them with any third party.
• Report any suspected unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately.
• Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out using your account.
• Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.

7u7a is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized third parties, unless it can be shown that the loss was due to our own negligence.

Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the 7u7a platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka) for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts.
• The withdrawal amount must have been earned through legitimate gameplay.
• Specific wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit — for example, if you deposited via bKash, you must withdraw via bKash.
• In cases of suspicious activity, additional time may be required to verify the withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Verification

7u7a may request identity verification (KYC) documents for any transaction. If the required documents are not provided in a timely manner, the transaction may be delayed or cancelled.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• Read these terms and conditions in full before claiming the bonus.
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• A set time limit applies for completing the wagering requirement.

5.2 VIP Program and Cashback

7u7a has four VIP tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier progression depends on the user's activity and participation on the platform.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers:

• Bonus offers may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.
• A bonus may only be used once unless otherwise stated.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.
• 7u7a reserves the right to close accounts in cases of fraudulent bonus claims.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games on the 7u7a platform are operated following fair play principles. Our games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures the fairness of every outcome.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a technical error or system failure, that round will be considered void and the wager amount will be refunded. Abnormally large wins displayed due to a software error will be considered invalid.

6.3 Disconnection

If an internet connection is lost during a game, the user is responsible. However, if the disconnection is caused by 7u7a's servers, the wager for the affected round will be refunded.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7u7a platform and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to use the service.
• Operating multiple accounts or having multiple members of the same household claim bonuses using the same method.
• Abusing the bonus system — for example, placing bets on a specific game to artificially fulfil wagering requirements while minimizing risk.
• Participating in money laundering or any illegal financial activity related to online gambling.
• Hacking the platform's software, using bots or using automated tools.
• Harassing other users or disrupting the normal operation of the platform.
• Creating an account using false information or forged identity documents.
• Conducting fraudulent activity through chargebacks or payment reversals.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability
